  3. The file TIPS12.TXT does not have a line feed character at the end of
  4. each line, only a carriage return. So I have included a utility to
  5. convert the carriage return to a carriage return line feed pair. The
  6. command line syntax for the utility is shown below.

  8. FIX_NLF tips12.txt tips12.doc
  9.  
  10. The utility is something that I wrote this morning to convert the text
  11. file so I could read it with my text editor or send it to my printer.
